The project blends the preserved rural façade with bold and modern interior volumes.
A new wooden structure was built inside, keeping original beams to preserve the building’s soul.
The ground floor features a garage for classic cars, along with an office and technical spaces.
Upstairs, kitchen, living, and dining areas come together in one open living space.
The top floor is a full master suite, with a walk-in closet, bathroom, and a central bathtub.
To allow more ceiling height, the ground level was lowered by about 40 cm.
Every detail was designed to combine comfort and respect for the building’s rural charm.
